Remember Gary Kirsten mentioned the team was not unified. Moreover, some senior players are so influential that they manage to retain their places despite poor performances over years. They continue to call the shots and are completely unaccountable while the management and the board officials are repeatedly made the scapegoats.

All the Indians commenting on who should be the PCB chairman is a joke. Mr Salman Butt has a right to earn a living off cricket by his show and making comments to earn a living. But i an sorry i am old fashioned and feel that he has paid his dues but that does not entitle him to holding a important post in PCB or in a official coaching job. That would set a bad example. I wonder if Ajay Jadeja and Azhar would be give important posts in BCCI!! It is easy to comment from India but you have to be a Pakistani and then you would understand the damage Mr Butt did to Pakistan cricket and it's image in the cricketing world.
