Great video dude! First off, never believe what the weather people predict. My weather predicting is, it's gonna rain or it's not. Every day is 50% rain or shine. You just gotta go with the flow. Now getting caught in a cold rain during the winter months, now that sucks. You showed your mettle, battling that monsoon when you started out on your cross country trip! Question...if they said rain before you left for work, would you have still ridden the bike, or drove your truck? I say you'd still have taken the bike. Keep riding and stay safe up there in Ye Olde Kentucky! Love ya Father Bobber!
I always tell people that 12 hour shifts are harder than 8 hour shifts because the weather changes more and they never believe me... But the real mystery is; is there ever a time you can drive thru Ghent Kentucky when you don't witness a car with the trunk lid bungeed down out of necessity?
Most of the time riding in the rain is how I get my motorcycle washed 🤣 great video!
You rode in snow and ice with us. We don’t care about rain. Most of the time we don’t even stop to put on rain gear. Have fun and be safe
Hell yeah we did! I’ll put it on if I’ve got a long day but if I’m just going home, whatever. It’s just a little water.

With it being so hot, heck yes I would’ve still ridden. It’s just a little water! Love ya JD!
It happened to me yesterday and today, at least it was on my way home both times, oh well I got cooled off
Rain, hell yeah. Despise it? Maybe. Ride in it anyway? Always
Never throw away a good opportunity for a rainy adventure! Especially on a 100+ day.

You’re not even in Ghent if there isn’t a car with a trunk lid bungeed down out of necessity. It’s unheard of.
Srapety scrape! Sorry I'm late! Don't worry, it's not yours. 👍🏼
