It will be hard to get a PR after you have finished your studies. You have to stay 10 years or find a job offer after PSW. Whilst you are studying you will be able to work 20 hours a week and your husband will be able to work full time as your dependent.

I am not sure exactly what qualification and course you are completing in Sri Lanka but as long as it is equivalent to an NVQ level 3 you can then transfer your qualification through UK NARIC. But to get an entry level job like a plumbers mate you would not need any qualifications just a CSCS card.
