luvb24, I know just what U mean. I listen to this song at least 10 to 20 times a day if not more. I had already posted a comment and did not want to hog the spotlight but I must be very honest about how blessed I have been by the presentation of this rendition. If no one else tells it I will, This is a must for me.
Talk about a blessing! The selection "Take It To The Lord In Prayer" in my personal opinion is the best arrangement of a gospel song I have ever heard. I have many favorites but this arrangement encompasses so much; adulation, assurance, comfort, excitement and determination. And to then have a choir perform with such conviction just floored me! To God be the Glory!
I have listened to this song over and over from GMC version, Cosmopolitan to Evan. Rosie Wallace, I cannot seem to make out one line in the second verse following you must wait upon his promise. Can anyone tell me what is being said?? I can't teach this song until I have them der' words....thanks Saints!!
The lyrics follow: If you ask in faith believing, He will do just what He said, He will bring peace out of confusion, witness how He'll see you through You just wait upon His promise, knowing God all burdens shed Why not do what many others have, take it to the Lord in prayer WHY NOT GIVE HIM YOUR PROBLEMS HE SAID HE WOULD SOLVE THEM. AND ALL YOUR AFFLICTIONS. EVEN YOUR SIN SICK CONDITIONS OH. TAKE IT TO THE LORD IN PRAYER. I hope that helps! Stay blessed!
WHY NOT TAKE HIM YOUR PROBLEMS HE SAID HE WOULD SOLVE THEM AND ALL YOUR AFFLICTIONS EVEN YOUR SIN SICK CONDITIONS LORD - TAKE IT TO THE LORD IN PRAYER I hope this helped you
