Awesome hunt , and just to see hubby and wife amazing. But the Lion , as SA Boy growing up with hunting, and so passionate about it. That Lion hunt as many I seen, wonder shooting with dart like rhino would ease it. Sorry my personal opinion. LION is just the Soul of us, and to see it hunted not free range( might be wrong) but even free range, just doesnt make sense to me. To must soul to be an trophy. My humble personal opinion. Yet see the blessing for these fokes enjoying africa. Blessings

Great video Martin. I have a question, what was the optic the gentleman was using on his rifle that he shot his lion with? Was he using a 375 or was Nancy using the 375? Any information would be appreciated.

Great video,many people come here on the channel to complain about killing. Main thing is this is just a circle of life because homo sapiens(modern human) is Apex predator,just like a lion,tiger or grizzly bear. All this predators are cruel and do the same stuff to other animals every day and they just dont care. With regulated hunts and nature conservations this same human saved many endangered species so it's not everything about killing. And for the people who dont like to watch animals get killed and hunted they should just avoid hunting channels lol,it very clearly said in videos that is about safaris and hunting. Go watch something else,TH-cam is big enough for everyone.

I've been on a TH-cam safari binge for a couple of weeks now. It seems to be about 50/50 on who can shoot and who needs a lot more range time. African animals are unbelievably tough, and we owe it to the animals, landowners, and PH's to be practiced up that's for sure, Stuff happens sometimes though, and even good shots can have a bad day,
Great video, although I dont agree with people from outside the country coming to us to hunt these beatiful animals, i respect the conservation you are doing with the money!(its not that i dont think they shouldnt experience this its that i dond think anyone should really kill lions) but all of the best to you and this channel❤

Yeah as a combat veteran who has hunted men in Iraq during multiple deployments, my honor will not allow me to go to another country and hunt these beast especially with modern weapons. It’s an unfair playing field and does not sit right with me.

I wouldn’t hunt them either, but it is an objective fact that trophy hunting and hunting by foreigners is necessary for the animals in Africa to have funding to not be poached. Agreed. That is why all the lion meat is also used. Many people assume lion meat is bad, not sure why. Even the bones are fully utilized. Conservation at its best.

I normally try to add it but not all hunters want to do that. I'll try harder!
We try to get as much as we can with each client. Tho many dont want to do that and then we wont allow the film crew to try dig

I don't think they are against it, some just don't care so much about it, they might be using the outfitter's rifles or something like that.

They were orphaned as pups. The land owner saved them and is still taking care of them.
Guides plz teach your clients how to shoot! You had a wounded Buffalo you never found.
Luckily found it later. Guides don't have control over the hunter's shooting ability. Even good shots make mistakes sometimes.
