I don't know you know how Shadow is. I feel like the whole thing with Rouge is just fan service but I could be wrong. There is really no rhyme or reason as to why Shadow should still be obsessing over Rouge at this point to be honest especially if he ever decides to go steady with Sonia. It doesn't really feel like there is really any coherent plot or structure to Shadow's videos these days so most people have no idea what's going on half the time.
