Jab sirf battery charge hone pe hi garam hota tha. Ye baat pehle pata hota to, sine wave leta hi nahi. Aise lagatar garam rahega, toh kharab ho jane ka chance rehta hai. Mujhe ye dar laga rehta hai.

Why do you misguide people without knowing basic principle of transformer? If a transformer is connected with mains, without any load on secondary, then only the Eddy current loss is a factor. In square wave inverter also, the transformer is connected with mains when battery is fully charged. Only difference is that firing angle is controlled. So it is not true that sine wave inverter consumes more current than square wave inverter. Kuch samajh me aaya? Nehi aaya to expert engineer se puch ke dekhiye.

Purely Misleading Video... As an electronics and Communication Engineering student, I have worked on a lot of devices, Including Inverters, SMPS, and Buck-Boost Converters.. I do not understand why the hell will ever Luminous will not disconnect the Mains input from Transformer if Output is on via UPS Mode.. Ofcourse there will be voltage on input side (as if you showed in your video..) (probably you bypassed the relays.) and when mains will return, Due to Phase shift as Crystal Oscillators drift a lot with temp, humidity variations.. You will endup killing your Inverter.. even a novic Engineer will not design this crap design.. so its not good share misinformation..

@@Science0006 Pehle Baat, Yahan is video me anchor bol raha hai, charging nahi rukti and Kyuki transformer is directly connected to mains, It is heating up. Jo ki wrong hai. Sare ke sare Inverters uses a changeover Relay strong enough to handle Surge (here core magnetization current) to turn the Transformer on and off during Mains on condition. and 70% of power is actually wasted by these FSW Aluminum Wounded transformers. they mainly heat up due to Hysteresis losses in the core. and then Resistance losses in the winding. rest 30% losses are due to MosFET, but even during charging, these Inverters uses Active Rectification techniques to minimize conduction losses... it is not as conventional diode-based rectification where there is always 0.65V voltage drop per diode, so at 15A and full bridge Rectifier losses, they dissapate like 20 watts. and the dissapation increases as they heats up.. this was all in charging... jo sabhi inverters ke same hi hote hai.. Halaki isme thode nahi bahut saare issues hai conventional Low frequency operation me.. like Low Powerfactor etc etc,. nut comming to the backup inverter mode.. in this case. a good Inverter with propper circuit, weather be a Sinewave or a square wave. with good component selection. have much much better efficiency. and they dont heat up either.. and their FETs.. they dont dissapate much either like only 35% at full load... rest 65% is dissapated by Transformer, again due to hysteresis losses and resistive losses. now to achieve this much efficiency. you need good MosFETS... examples. IRFB7440 and IRFB4110 These are HEXFET and have really really Low On State resistance.. hence low conduction losses. and over that, proper driving circuit will result in minimal Switching losses.... the thing is, Manufacturers make things like this.. as each FET sometimes costs 200+ Rupee and Its driving circuit.. Ah 300+ rupees.. so they do cost cutting and make poor driving circuit..... So summerising.. The video is crap. doesnt convey any helpful info and is misleading, talking about yuor explaination.. is also baseless and doesnt have any grounds...

Transistors produce more heat and here working principle of mosfet also different.. Because everyone is complaining about sine wave inverters of all brands... I dont think aluminium transformer is a reason of heating because luminous is using aluminium wound transformer in square wave inverter too.but they dont product much heat like sine wave... Transistors ki he wajah se toh pc's and laptop mein liquid cooling and n2 cooling tak ko use kiya jaa raha hai....unko aishe ignr karna bemaani hoga...
