- I ate only konbini foods for a day starting with breakfast at seven eleven! Which convenience store did you think had the best selection? I personally like family mart the most!

Theres this rlly good candy called candemina right next to the sanrio gummys and their so good but kinda hard theres ramune grape and cola their kinda sour but their amazing

I went to Japan 5 years ago and ate nothing but convenient store food and restaurants. I still managed to lose some weight during my time there and as soon as I came back to Canada, I gained it all back LOL

@@JD-zv3cz I can tell you that theres a Vegemap online for Tokyo and Kyoto cities, i forgot the link but if you look online you will find it
Its a bit hard to use it but theres a lot of vegetarian and vegan places lately
Keep in mind that its always more expensive than basic meat option but yeah, it does exist
But for Konbinis, I have no idea tbh
there are lots of options with just fish, but it's definitely a little harder to find purely vegetarian options, especially with the bentos! you'd probably have to stick with the umeboshi onigiris, salads, instant soups, or sweet breads for the most part!

It’s actually super easy to be vegetarian and even vegan in japan since there are vegan options for almost everything

it didn't seem very healthy :( i like the video style but it seemed like it wasn't very high on things that were specific to one store or the other, a lot of candy
you can totally find healthier options! I just wanted to show more of the fun foods instead of just salads 😊
