Great conversation. One thing that I greatly admire Greg Young for is not his influence on the concepts of event sourcing and CQRS in this industry (although that's surely to be admired as well), but his sound approach to balancing between dogmas and pragmatism. Sticking to principles but understanding that they are not set in stone, and that the rules can be bent depending on the context.

I know enough to know that there's a lot I don't know and it is extremely difficult to glean insights from static tutorials or how-to videos. Please continue to share thought content like this.
Not sure you build system to not show the thing you just created all the time. If you have legacy system and user mindset is to check, you won’t be able to fight that as a small team.
