Because it's such a small space it doesn't require a lot of labor. Especially now that most of the perennials are in and thriving. But I work with building maintenance to make sure the sprinklers are turned on every spring, work with lawn care services to get mulch every spring, coordinate plant purchases with the office manager, and get input from employees in the building as to which annuals will get planted each season. It sounds like a lot of work but most of it is at the front end of the growing season. I enjoy sharing this process with anyone who asks at the office and it's opened dialogue on the importance of growing your own food no matter where you are.
