Fish & chips is an Australian staple on Good Friday, I agree much better than the fillet o fish from McDonald’s, go out & support your local fish shop. I can eat fish & chips with either plain salt or chicken salt, I’m not too fussed, any type of salt tastes good, have a great Easter weekend.
