I am natural, lost 150 pounds in 10 months to get into the best shape of my life and actually within the healthy BMI range. I mainly jogged, did pushups. Had it not been for PKA bringing up steroids, I'd have thought that body builders were natural. If you don't know something exists, you just assume they are putting the work in. Then I found out how brutally advantageous steroids are, and how my body will never look like that unless I abuse steroids. I'm not doing that, because I immediately lost respect for everybody I'd ever met who I suddenly realized was doing steroids. That 'acne' that won't go away...wasn't because the dude was a natural. It was a side effect of his steroid use, and he was competing in MMA. That's fucking disgusting to me. No honor, no values, just a complete POS.
