A lot of thought and work has gone into this product. I like it and will buy one when I get my Transporter later this year.

Very nice design and well thought out assembly. I was wondering why your not using a round over bit with your CNC machine since you have an automatic tool changer?

      Thanks Jim :)
The CNC does use a chamfer tool to add a chamfer to the top side of the parts, however the chamfer for the underside of the parts still has to be added by hand. I did try makings jigs to hold the parts flipped over on the machine so that the machine could chamfer both sides of the parts, however this created more problems than it solved.
The clip from 00:58 shows this top side chamfer being added.
