I'm from Georgia USA. Maybe you could pass this off as a 10 minute dinner if you already had the ingredients cut, prepared, and in containers. It makes it kind of boring having to sit there watching you cut everything up with nothing else to think about except this is going to take a lot longer than 10 minutes. It looks delicious but you could shorten the video by a lot if as you mixed the ingredients in you just said how much it was.
