Anything from 870-1500. I'm looking to do animation and maybe youtube twitch content as side hustles, but mainly for fun on the way.

A budget PC isn't this expensive. You don't need to spend $1k on your first PC, you can work your way up. LightForgePCs has a prebuilt with an i7, 16gb of ram and gtx 1660 under $600. They also have one for $580 with an i5 and rx 580 8GB graphics card
