But what about the Brook Kidron in the Kidron Valley? What is so significant about this forgotten body of water? This lesson is going to be DEEP (pun intended)!

Koran 8:60 " Muslims must muster all weapons to terrorize the infidels"
Koran 8:65 "The unbelievers are stupid, urge all Muslims to fight them"
Koran 9:5 "When the opportunity arises, kill the infidels wherever you find them"
Koran 9:123 "Make war on the infidels living in your neighborhood"
Koran 22:19 "Punish the unbelievers with garments of fire, hooked iron rods, boiling water, melt their skin and bellies"
Koran 47:4 "Do not hanker for peace with the infidels, behead them when you catch them".
A false prophet who promise a false paradise full of Sins and Corruptions. Blaspheming the true Holy God who, love Truth and Righteousness.

Sahih Muslim 2114 Muhammad states that the bell is the musical instrument of Satan.
In Sunan an-Nasa'i 933, Al-Harith bin Hisham asked the Messenger of Allah:'How does the Revelation come to you?' He said: 'Like the ringing of a bell, and when it departs I remember what he (the Angel) said, and this is the hardest on me.
Tabari 6:108 tells us: "When he came to the words Have you thought upon al-Lat and al-Uzza and Manat, the third, the other? Satan cast on his tongue, because of his inner debates and what he desired to bring to this people, the words: Those are the high-flying cranes, verily their intercession is accepted with approval. When the Quraysh heard this, they rejoiced and were happy and delighted at the way in which he spoke of their gods, and they listened to him, while the Muslims, having complete trust in their Prophet in respect of the messages which he brought from Allah, did not suspect him of error, illusion or mistake."
Ibn Saad 1:237 tells the story this way. "One day he was sitting in their assembly near the Kaaba, and he recited: By the Star when it sets till he reached, Have you thought upon Al-Uzza and Manat, the third, the other? Satan made him repeat these two phrases: These idols are high and their intercession is expected. The Apostle of Allah repeated them, and he went on reciting the whole sura and then fell in prostration, and the people also fell in prostration with him."
Could it be that the angel Jibril who Muhammad is getting his revelation from was Satan the great deceiver himself?
2 Corinthians 11:14-15 states:
And no marvel; for Satan himself is transformed into an angel of light.Therefore it is no great thing if his ministers also be transformed as the ministers of righteousness; whose end shall be according to their works.

And so did David, after Absalom betrayed him...! I loved the way he unfolded the meaning of it all to us. "The people who walked in darkness (meaning in Hebrew of Kidron is 'dark, turbid') have seen a great light"...

Interesting too. It began in a garden, Eden, where fellowship with God was broken. God sheds blood as he covers Adam and Eve with skin garments. It ends (the beginning of the ending) in a garden where fellowship with God was restored. His sweat became drops of blood.

Great teaching! My go-to Bible has been the NIV84 for many years, and I looked up all your references, and it never mentions the brook. It just says the Kidron Valley, but when I look up the words in Hebrew, it says what you say. I wonder why? I also use the ESV a lot, and it did mention the Brook, as does the NKJV and the CJB. Thanks again for such a helpful lesson.

I would contend with "Sea of Reeds" in your opening remarks. I am not sure why this is such a contentious issue except for the desire of many scholars to discount the Gulf of Aqaba as Yam Suph for reasons other than Biblical reasons.
In many verses Yam Suph, or the Gulf of Aqaba, is the southern boundary of the Promised Land, stretching from there up to the Mediterranean.
This is found in Exodus 23.31, 1 Kings 9.26, Jeremiah 49.21, Numbers 14.25, 21.4, and Deuteronomy 1.40, 2.1.
This fact alone should be persuasive that Yam Suph is a true sea and is the Gulf of Aqaba.
To place it somewhere in Egypt as the 'sea of reeds' proponents suggest, would make no sense.
The sea (yam) described by Moses is a 'mighty water', great in its "depths", "roared" and was a great "wall" to the passing Israelies.
Suph is most consistently rendered as "end" or "ending". It never means 'red'. 'Reed' is also questionable in the 4 instances it is translated that way. It is also written as a singular noun so it would be wrong to use the plural 'reeds' even if it were correct. The vast majority of uses of this word render it as meaning 'end'.
Finally, Yam Suph is often associated with Edom and Mount Seir which are close to the Gulf of Aqaba.
Yam Suph - "Sea of ending" or "sea of boundary" literally.
WOAH! Now this is something I am very interested to look more intently into! Thank you for this piece!

Some of the things Hezekiah and Josiah removed from the Temple shouldn’t have been. There were items associated with Christ, the Tree of Life and the Mother of God (Asherah) that were inappropriately removed which resulted in the Jews not recognizing Christ when he came. Example: the Brazen Serpent Moses had raised on a pole. Although the references (images) to the Mother of God had been perverted, completely removing them was a mistake. A Prophet living at the time of Jeremiah received the following vision:
1 For it came to pass after I had desired to know the things that my father had seen, and believing that the Lord was able to make them known unto me, as I sat pondering in mine heart I was caught away in the Spirit of the Lord, yea, into an exceedingly high mountain, which I never had before seen, and upon which I never had before set my foot.

4 And the Spirit said unto me: Believest thou that thy father saw the tree of which he hath spoken?

But you missed the fact that the valley isn't just the valley of the dead, it's Hell. Because the Valley of Hinnom is Gehenna. There was an everlasting fiery pit there. Also the sinking of the ashes in water goes back to the flood. That's how God cleansed the world.
