it was NOTTTT a good time lol we were like how does this happen twice with two separate machines like what 😭 i’m just thankful nothing got ruined and we caught it somewhat quick both times!
as a fellow homeowner I strongly recommend getting water sensors. we got a 4 pack on Amazon when we bought our house and put them in flooding prone areas like under/behind the washer, under the refrigerator, next to the hot water heater, etc. as an anxiety ridden person it has given me so much piece of mind because it is connected through an app and superrr sensitive to water and alerts you immediately through a notification on your phone when it senses it. I’m so sorry about your washer problem! I hope these could help with any future problems 😊

I hate that you had a washer leak issue already but Samsung are not good at making washers and dryers. Your GE brand should do you much better.
i ended up reading a ton that GE was better so in hindsight, im thankful for the issue even though it’s been a hassle to solve 😅
