- From 1988, St Patrick Celebration. The Adventures Lip Syncing to Send my Heart. Consequently we had ALL hit the free Bushmills rather hard while waiting to go on and were all totally slaughtered. As we were waiting in the wings I completely detuned Tony's (RIP Mate) E-String on his Bass Guitar, so it had almost no tension, in one close up you can see the string flapping around.... we are all just laughing through out the whole piece. I had also had Jimminy Cricket's hat on in the Green Room and My awful mullet got flattened... Please Enjoy our tomfoolery....

Hi Paul, just wanted you to know I've become a big Adventures fan! I now own the first two albums on CD. Such great songs, melodies, lyrics, musicianship! I'm always happy to discover music from that era. All of this was well before my time, but I have such an affinity for it. I have you and "Demons" to thank. :)

Hey, this was featured in one of my favorite horror movies, "Demons"! That was my first exposure to it. So not only are you an awesome drummer with close ties to Philip Jap, but your song appears in a movie directed by Lamberto Bava and produced and co-written by Dario Argento!

Yeah, "Send My Heart" is featured in a scene where a gang of punks is driving around the city at night whilst shorting coke from a Coke can. I'm a bit obsessed with that silly movie. I've got it on VHS, Laserdisc, DVD, and Blu-ray! I've probably heard your song more from watching that movie than you have yourself! :D

Don't be silly, I was, but Terry didn't do that. We were all utterly shitfaced, we had been in the green room for 4 hours drinking the whole time. With Irish heroes in our midst. It was such a fun day...but we were all steaming by the time we came out to mime to the tune. Good Times!!
