Damn it we had them! Two games we almost had them
half a day later and i can't believe that we lost the game because of a successful challenge, I know that we can't always blame the coaching but why challenge a 2 foul shots and lose our final timeout in a close game situation like this, it was going back and forth for almost the entire quarter, i was sure it will go down to the wire and that final timeout could have been a good draw up play to get a quality bucket, which we was missing at the last minute and could have won us the game. Anyway, it was an interesting season nonetheless, looking forward to the next
If only we use our mid level contract to someone more reliable
That was a foul on KCP on that final shot by the Lakers. If the Nuggets we're called for a foul on that Laker possession, we could've went into overtime and won.

it’s crazy that game 2 and this game had similar stories with aaron gordon offensive rebounding leading to a clutch 3. then jamal taking a middy of a switch in the p&r. i can only tip my hat to jamal for playing out of his mind but a lot of this was preventable. subbing in taurean late for defense but not subbing in either spencer or gabe vincent which would’ve been ideal. not playing vando to somewhat limit mpj was a head scratcher, considering rui was inefficient. also the lack of another big really hurt in this series when the nuggets found a lot of success of jokic passing out of the double TO MPJ OR JAMAL. offensive rebounding is what lost the lakers both games 2 and 5 and that’s what’s upsetting vs jamal’s shooting. signing dwight would be a great move and i think it’s time for ham to go. in games like this adjustments need to happen and the little things is what lost the lakers this series.
what’s even more sad is that this might be lebron’s last game in a lakers jersey. darvin ham might’ve just killed lebron’s will to play ball as long as he’s around.

Well, thanks for an interesting season. Im tired of telling everybody this but let me tell it to y'all one last time. Their problems haunted them in the end. 1st problem, coach is bad. Why are they out of timeout for every last 3 minutes of this series(i have more issue but lets focus on that), 2nd is no real 5, they're clearly lacking on 5 that can help them on rebounds and disrupting Jokic a bit. Jokic is having his way inside and once Murray drag AD far from the basket, no one is left to rebound but small guys like Rui or Reaves. 3rd is Lebron is the only reliable guy that puts up 20+ points consistently. Dlo, Reaves and for the life of me AD, at the most crucial time, came out short. I hope the Lakers will have a great offseason, let Dlo go, fire the coach, sign real centers, and try to get another star to help Lebron and AD. Only keep Rui, Reaves, Vando and obviously AD and Lebron.
i’ve been saying LA should sign dwight the entire season. starting dwight and ad and moving rui and vando to the bench would’ve been near perfect for this series. ham needs to go as well, but i could care less if dlo leaves. it’d be nice to keep him but if he wants to leave that on him 🤷🏾♂️
@@-ySaint yeah, i've been saying the same also. They signed players that they know they will not use come playoffs like Giles, Mays etc. but they wouldn't sign Dwight. The management is also bad. Fans keeps forgetting how they ruined every Lakers offseason by not signing Ty Lue, letting go key pieces like KCP, Javale, Schroeder, Loonie and Dwight or the fact that the management literally throw away all their future assets for one of the worse trade in history by acquiring Russ when literally everybody knows that he doesn't fit with Lebron and AD because he cant shoot and hes only gonna clog up the paint just because the management made some good moves here and there.
@@jwopmone3733 pelinka saved the season last year at the deadline and i thought he’d do it again. i also think the lakers should invest more minutes into max christie too. he’s athletic, can shoot and he’s a good on ball defender. it’s a shame to see him rotting on the bench when he has some potential. firing ham absolutely has to happen this offseason and either hiring adrian griffin or jj reddick to take his spot.
@@-ySaint dude, you just prove my point. Yes pelinka does make some good signings and he did "FIX" not "saved" the Lakers last year. Pelinka made that problem. He signed the trade that got us Russ which everybody knew is a lost cause. Exploiting Russ is even one of the reason why they won the 2020 championship. Stop saying Pelinka saved the Lakers when in reality he is the one creating the problems in the first place. Its like applauding someone for cleaning up their own 💩😄.
@@jwopmone3733 nah i definitely do blame him for the russ trade but lebron was also a big reason for that too. getting rid of russ contract allowed us to sign rui, dlo, and vando which was much needed. when i said save the season, i meant in a way that would drastically change the trajectory of the season like last seasons deadline. nothing happened this deadline and a lot of stagnation in the front office along with on the court is why the lakers are home right now. even while pelinka is a questionable gm, this lakers team had the tools to beat denver. darvin is the bigger problem. they had the lead for over 150+ minutes compared to denver having a lead for about 50.
Lol when lakers though losing dwight howard or no another big center after 2020 vs nuggets, thats what they get. GM trash. Lakers cant even beat nuggets without containing jokic. Trash Darvin Ham not fixing heat checks. AR frame is too small to guard murray. Rui should be able to guard better with his size or Spencer. Both GM and Head coach need to be removed.
