Women can't remove/shape the eyebrows and can't shave her head fully (or if a woman cuts her hair too short , so that it looks like a man’s hair, then this is undoubtedly haram) and Men can't remove/shave eyebrows and beard.
Other than this, removing any hair of the body is fine in islam.
