Great video. I love seeing the unique terrain of New Zealand. Hey random question Jack, how are those gaiters holding up with the Topo's? I know Topo's have their own proprietary kind of gaiter but looks like you are using the Dirty Girls? Anyway, curious how it is working with the back velcro.

Definitely doesn't work as well without the velcro, but still keeps most junk out of the shoe. Topos are holding up pretty well, will make it all the way from queenstown to the end of the south island

I appreciate the struggle with getting wet feet. It's always disappointing to dry out your shoes and put on dry socks only to be greeted by a water crossing with no way to get through without wading through. More stunning views on trail for you guys though. Just lovely.
