I wish I was but I'm not a builder. I don't have your creativity or talent but I learn so much from your videos. I can actually follow a long with the process. It still amazes me however how you start with a blank lot and build something so freaking amazing out of nothing. Like how? 😂 I love these houses BTW, they do be saying families live here.

I’m sorry that’s happening to you!! Residential Rentals are bugged AF for some right now but hopefully the fixes EA are working on won’t be too much longer!! 🤍

@@thomasfelix6356 oohhh!! 🫣 at least it was something that could be solved without a patch!! It’s strange that lots don’t automatically change to Residential Rentals like other lot types do 🙃
@@VixiePixels Yes, that's why I thought it was a problem, because everyone else automatically asks if you want to exchange or keep it.
@@thomasfelix6356 ikr, it’s kinder annoying tbh with having to load into a lot just to change the lot type before being able to place down a rental. I hope it’s a bug and not intentional 🫣
I went to download this build but it won’t let me place it on a lot. What am I doing wrong? 🥲
So to place Residential Rentals you have to load into the lot you are wanting to place this build on and change the lot type to Residential Rental first before trying to place this build. Hope that helps 🤍

If you place them as rentals. Do you have to rent them?
@@sallyglasgow4824 if they’re set as residential rentals then sims that live there will be renting their house/unit.
