Awesome comprehensive overview of the application process! Wanted to add in that submission of transcripts is also required for the primary application to be complete. Start requesting for them as soon as the application opens so you don't have to experience delay in app processing, ESPECIALLY if you are requesting it from a school that still sends paper transcripts for whatever reason! I learned this the hard way. :(

Since my last semester is Fall 2023, what do you suggest I should do? I am trying to plan my Medical school application timeline. I would appreciate it if I could get some advice or direction. Yes!! Most people don't realize how long it takes. Get them early from all schools you attended (i.e., home institution and community college)

I am having a hard time getting professors to write me a LOR. Do you think it's because I have 1.9GPA, 499 MCAT, downward trend?
There is no point in applying to med school with that GPA unless you can do a post-bac and boost it.
You should try your best to boost your GPA and MCAT
