Beware guys of the Mimics in the Dark Aether. I was with a friend and when a Mimic grabbed me it forced me under the map. You end up parachuting into invisible water but there are death zones. I got lucky and found a wall breach by the beach where you fight the Worm so I didn't die.

That escort mission is the bane of my existence even with a 4 man team we couldn’t do it and we were kitted pretty good it’s just loses so much health to the Tier 5 zombies.
Quick tip: use Kazimir, 3 precision airstrikes, and a juggernaut. Use the air strike when the ATV stops and the juggernaut when the mega abomination spawns in the end plus healing aura, and brain rot ammo mod, this gives more damage in the mega abomination
I did it with randoms lol thet asked in game chat who wanted to join someone random joined and we were lucky because I was on a duo with my buddie we joined their team(platoon) and we did contracts the whole match until the last 5 minutes then we stacked on juggernauts/tier 3 pack a punched weapons and also we buyed gas masks and like 3 self res for each person we actually didnt used the res because they were using the healing aura and revived someone ech time they were down I was running the power surge(not sure if uts called like that) which is basically a pulse grenade and we flew throught that me and my friend were using ground loot it was fairly easy because each one of us knew what we were doing. Also monkey bombs, decoy grenades and kazimir grenades help a ton by getting the zombies away from the contract or away from you or team mates. Also try to get as much dogs on your team as you can because if you go down they can revive you.
this is really good guide and tips, now I'm motivated to do this solo...

One thing I can say, the rewards are NOT linked to the contracts. I did a run where my team did the escort and the reactors but not outlast, we got the bone from the escort and the golden plate from the reactors, and we didnt get the aether blade.
I think they are given in that order but the order of the contracts dont matter.
Also, DO NOT PICK UP TWO CONTRACTS AT THE SAME TIME, IT WILL BUG OUT AND ONE OF THEM WILL DISAPPEAR AND YOU CANT GET ALL 3 BLUEPRINTS
So edit: the first contract will give the bone plans, the second will give the gold plate plans, and the third will give the aether blade. I have done many runs of tier 5 and they have all been the same
yes this happened to me too.
what happens if you do the escort first but it fails. will the second then also give you just the dogbone? making the aether blade unobtainable?

with the escort mission 2 sentry’s on top of the kart and a ton of the gurse grenades work nicely - pulls all the zombies away

If anyone is having trouble with the elder dark aether escort contracts, you should team up with people in various public discrod servers. Having at least 4 ppl armed to the teeth with jugs and kazmirs is really important

WTF is yo problem? I would say a lot of people care about it because it’s a pretty dam good way to find a team or people with the same goal. Nobody really asked or cares about what you feel about it.
Thx for the video, there is some people who succeded the escort solo, i've not tried yet , looking for video and music before go when I write this, some people advice smoke nade or Kazmir , juggernot and obiously 3-4 rez in the bag to do it solo with Tyr akimbo snake shot, I think personnaly Kazmir is better but we will all success one time in futur :)=
Escort mission in tier 5 was easy with 6 man mostly kitted. It should scale for the number of teammates. Just do the tier 5 one time with a 6 man, get the schematics, and there's no reason to go back.

Actually about the schematics I’m pretty sure whatever contract you do FIRST you always get dog bone, 2nd: gold plate, 3rd: aether blade

wunderwaffe helps A LOT, and energy mine can kill quickly during the escort contract. those 2 synergize really well

The new wonder weapon, vr11, will repair the escort when it is getting low. You can shoot it once or twice and be good, that paired with juggernauts and selfs. Do the escort first, use all ur jugs along with the vr11. Then you will have room to grab the rest of the schematicts for the other contracts

One major tip. If you actually upgrade the grenade launcher to tier 3 pap and have legendary rarity, it will carry you through alot of it. Great for crowd controlling huge groups of zombies. I also used the akimbo Tyr's to quickly get rid of elites
Do you think the baton would work as well? I know it's really good against tier 3 elites but idk about 4 or 5.
@RealAfterDarkGames I haven't tried the Tonfa against t4 or t5. There may be too many zombies for the Tonfa to remain effective tho.
I hate it so much that its not solo friendly
I like to think im a good zombies player and a hardcore fan of the mode. Played easily months of my life playing them but this one is too difficult solo. Maybe if there wasnt a timer it might be better but either way this is really punishing to solo players

The only way I’ve seen to beat the transport mission is to be stocked up on Kazimir’s. And when I say stocked up, I mean 6. Those and self revives but also have to have the gold plates.

If you take 3 circuit boards it makes the escort mission manageable
For those still struggling with the escort. Using a pack a punched VR11 heals the escort vehicle when shooting at it.

Casp .. Escort is really hard solo, i play with this guy who managed to do it solo. My best is reached 3rd stop ran out of kazimir but close. Try escort as only mission, 4 kazimir slots, 1 self, 1 elder sig, 2 turret. Loadout pap 3 primary, secondary weapon a launcher to keep stunning zombies, 2 kazimir, eather blade and 1 jug. Strat setup 2 turrets on top then start, ignore the abomination at start if you can or kill it with jug before starting , leave last jug for stop 3 cleanup, keep spamming kaz on the way and focus on elite kills with primary weapon. On last stop make sure you have 4 kaz and spam launcher to stop from reaching escort… most of my failures on last stop solo is jug being too slow when dealing with elites while smaller zombies attack escort.. best of luck
I think the best way to do the escort is stacking up on Kasmirs and monkeys and to deal with the mega abomination just use the snakeshot tyrs maxed out

there’s a vid floating around of all 3 contracts being solo’d in elder sigil
The wunderwaffe dg2 is what I use to solo escorts make sure it’s a tier 3 pack and bring the TYR magnum akimbo to deal with special zombies also tier 3 pack
That's what I use to do this contract in tier 3 normal map
I think the plan rewards are not fixed on certain contracts, we did the rocket one and the outlast, got dog bone and golden armor plans and left, next game we thought we just do escort but we got dog bone recipe again, did two more then the last contract gave us eather blade plan. so the three plans are giving in order. Weird because it would be hard for some players, but we only went in twice, not too much experiments, just my personal thoughts here.

and for that reason there shouldn't be a 2 day cooldown because of the steps we have to take and how hard it is.

no bro I did the escort mission 2nd and I didn't get the aether blade, I got the golden armor reward, I got the aether blade on the outlast. I think its linked to the 3rd contract but it doesn't matter which mission you start it was dog bone, golden armor, aether blade.

did you try the escort mission with the vr11 paped? it repairs the vehicle after a delay. We did it as a duo using juggernaut for the big guys, placing 3 sentries on the vehicle and kazamir nades

Maybe you can explain this to me, I never did the bit where you have to jump into the rifts to do the ritual, but I keep getting the sigil. Why
With the VR-11 you can heal vehicles and un-undead zombies, it can heal the escort tank too. It could be viable

As many as you want but 2 are super easy the 3rd is hard

Yes but it packs till tier 3
Idk if anyone else is having the same problem as me, but every time ever since the last update on ps5 every time I’ve exfiled it doesn’t save and give me an empty backpack, it’s put me off of playing zombies now and it’s frustrating because there’s no point for me to play if I can’t progress…

I've only heard this issue for people with overfilled stashes in the menu. Anything over like 20 it will remove everything earned from the prior run

@@AssassinDatAzz similar to the original. you exfil at the special act 4, vote to enter the portal. Once you see the purple animation end and go to a black screen, pull ethernet or close game
@@AssassinDatAzz I didn't do the original so I dont really know lol but I did do this new one and I found it easy you just use a mission exfill instead of the normal ones and then quit game when the chopper goes into sky.

how you find a sigil in teir three i done dozens if not over 100 tier 3 missions never seen one once. ive done 3 mega obamanations in one match the last one drops me green 1 fucking tool. the game doesnt keep up with the rewards. and the contracts now disapear in zone 3

That is omega cap the schematics are not tied to the mission when my group did the outlast contract we got 2 of the 3 schematics and then immediately exfilled

I laugh at anybody that bought mw3 and I laugh at myself for buying mw2. The last cod that wasn’t outright bad was MW 2019 and the last good cod was the cod 4 remake. Don’t get at me for hating black ops either, that was the height of everyone trying way too hard in games and that’s when you couldn’t play for fun anymore. The last great cod was the original mw3 and the series went downhill after black ops 2. All this is my own opinion
