Happy levelling up day. Does anyone else find that every time they level up, at the higer levels, they gain extra hit points, mostly around the middle?

Congratulations Jingles! Incidentally, I am pretty sure that the Slava has an additional armour plate between the citadel bulkhead and the bow, which pevents frontal citadel hits. So shooting at a Slava's bow does make sense (as you will get full pens), but you can't hit her citadel that way.

When another BB would have it's horizonal dispersion halved at around point-blank range Slava is "only" about 3/4 of the horizontal dispersion at max range
You can't citadel the Slava through the nose. She has hidden plates that will block or deflect the shells. You can get full pens, but no citadels. On a more happy note, happy birthday Jingles!

Exactly this. On the Slava, hidden in both the bow and stern of the ship, there is a plate of 400mm armour to protect the flat faces on the front and rear of the citadel. Plus it's angled. So there's no ship in the game that can actually citadel a Slava from the front, despite having only 25mm of frontal plating according to WG's in game stats.
