So where is ranked if they r skipping the grace period?

Basically, you can play right now, but tomorrow,July 3rd, is the real official day that Ranked S1 starts.
Only for S1 are they skipping the one week warm up,because they agreed that the pre-season was a good warm-up.
Future season will have a warm up stage before their ranked season is active.
