Appreciate the insight as i have heard food has gotten more expensive in Argentina the last few months, but you can still find cheap spots with more local pricing if you go looking and exploring and if you cook your food its still comparably much cheaper than US in terms of quality food too. The thought going thru my head tho, is if you pay half the price for rent $500-$700 for rent in BA vs $1000-$1500 in Rio for example you still end up spending less money overall. Food is much cheaper in Brazil right now with the currency issues, but you're still not gonna end up spending an extra $500 on food. What do you think?
