Next time Kayak7seas and I visit FL, we must look for Loras Kitchen food truck as we check her schedule. We only eat seafood when we are in FL since there is no way we can find real fresh seafood in Asheville. I also heard about the seafood supply shortage from Locals as well. We continue supporting local businesses by consuming them. Shrimp and Grits sounds great!

The shrimp and grits is really outstanding. Laura has been doing this for quite a while and is in great demand. It's worth a trip down to visit her.
