yes, have been using them extensively in shore divings. like it. just had to buy 5mm socks due the ''gap'' of sizes (my foot anf fins). as there is rocks where i spearfishing, naturally, the plastic blades have some scars...would be crying if bought the carbon fibers blades version!

stiffness= i guess its medium. yep, confortable to my ankles. bend my kness, i really dont know. never 'noticed'', thus probably very little... ;) you are welcome!
Nelly Sargsyan , yes they are good. Just order a size closer to your foot size. Well..it also depends on foot "design"!! Probably you are in the same situation I was. No shop around to try the right size...

Ridha Abdullah , the material is ok. Plastic, thus get some scars from stones+mussels... Yes, the footpockts are the same used to carbon fins of c4
