They didn’t ignore the reason for the outbreak, they said at the beginning of the first movie that someone ate an infected burger at some sort of gas station at and that was patient 0

Infected burger as Gas'n'Gulp was the place if I remember correctly
well yes but that is usual zombie movie bullshit like really eating something and becoming a flesh eating uncontrollable monster like damn he should have eaten a snickers
So basically Cooties copied it by using children and not burgers but chicken nuggets with fly poop.
Then the Chinese copied it by eating pangolins and made Coronavirus outbreak.
106 sins take note that almost every car they find is working and has a full tank of gas
And the tires aren’t flat or rotten

I can think of dozens of worse movies off the bat. If you think this is the worst movie, then you've never watched Scrooged, The Rocky Horror Picture Show or Halloween III: Season Of The Witch. There are okay movies worse than this. Nothing in lt is really extreme enough to be good or bad.

The scene where Madison is having an “allergic reaction” bothered me because I have never seen ANYONE regurgitate while going through it. I already figured it was allergies due to her face being puffy but the puke threw me off. So I wasn’t surprised when she popped up later. They tried too hard with that seen to make her seem like she was transitioning into a zombie.

A lot of actors have stunt doubles for anything that can possibly be dangerous. Their bodies are their money makers. A bad burn could ruin her future work. A not so bad burn could cost the production company millions in cosmetic surgeries to get it back to normal skin as best as possible. Also, if she does get injured, they would have to hide it in any filming that hadn't been done yet or stop filming until she healed, which can stop a film from being completed. They have to maintain sets and find a schedule when the actors are available again. It just makes a lot more sense to pay someone a teeny tiny fraction of her salary to be her stunt double than take any risk.

I went to go see this movie with a group of friends from theatre, at the time we were doing a production of 'All Shook Up' which is an Elvis Presley jukebox musical. Needless to say, half our group danced out of the theater to burning love during the end credits and the other half begged us to stop.
Remember that, in the 1st movie, we found out that Tallahassee's son had died? Another sin for this movie is missing the opportunity to connect that to the current conflict between Tallahassee and Little Rock (surrogate father and daughter).

I live in Flagstaff and I saw this opening night. As soon as the guy said his name, literally everyone in the theatre started cheering. They also did at the end credits for "This is for you, Flagstaff." Best feeling ever lol

Cinema Sins and Screen Rant's Pitch Meetings did this too me.....I'm now way too overly cautious when I write.

That's a problem I have with movies and television shows that have an apocalyptic setting. It always seems like every woman's first instinct in an emergency situation is to secure as much cosmetics as possible.
Wellp, if the dams are still giving electricity or some other bullsh*t, then I guess the water cycle is still providing water pipes with clean water and everyone raided a Bed, Bath & Beyond at some point for all the soap and shampoo products they could find. Because, priorities.

When I saw this is the theatre I missed the beginning, talking about the ninja and homer zombies, but other than the Homer, none of that paid off. I guess they told us the zombie types just to introduce the Super strain?

Seeing Madison being alive and well, inside the clown car, could've been one of the scariest things in zombieland. And it did scare me, when it happened, because I thought she was a new breed of zombie that could look like a regular person. But then it was revealed she wasn't shot or infected..... still love this movie tho
