Not me, they have changed this parade so much!!! Very few of the traditional balloons anymore and I feel sorry for the generation now.

Check out 80’s commercial vault. That channel uploaded the 1980 parade yesterday. It has changed a lot, but I still enjoy it. It’s just tradition to watch it while cooking dinner. I wasn’t even born yet in 1980, but still loved watching something from the 80’s. I’m 37 so I was born in ‘82. That channel uploads mostly old 80’s & 90’s commercials, but sometimes, like yesterday, they’ll upload more. It’s the entire parade.
Edit: Well, not the entire parade, just the highlights & commercials airing at the time, but still a great watch! That channel also has parade highlights from other years. Things really have changed a lot.

I was there that day. All I can say is thank you my LORD for letting me experience this amazing parade in New York City for the first time in my life!
Glad I got to watch this. It's been a tradition to watch every year. My Dad would've loved to see this , he loved seeing the bands more than anything.

I loved the New York police band. It's one thing to be in band in college or high school, but to continue into adulthood takes some dedication. I admire them!

I was there Nov 28,2019 , my first Macy's thanksgiving Day Parade in NYC I was not far where they are filming this I was @ 63rd and Central Park west... I LOVE IT......…..

This parade is 🆒. The 🎈s are awesome, because you easily recognize each character at a time when they fly by the crowd. Safety first when you fly them in stormy weather. Happy Thanksgiving everyone!

What time would it be in New Zealand for you to be able to see it live? We would have to get up at 5:00 a.m. in California to see it live, but some TV stations show it on a three hour tape delay, so Though it starts broadcasting at the same time in California as it does in New York, in actuality it's 11:00 a.m. in New York and the parade is already over.
