Yes...the doctrine of the laying on of hands is very demonic(Acts 19:6, Acts 8:17, Hebrews 6:2)...there’s nowhere in the Bible where the presence of God made people fall or shake(Dan 10:7-19, Ezekiel 1:28, Daniel 7:28, Habakkuk 3, Rev 1:17). We never see anyone in the scriptures calling down “some spirit”(Luke 11:11-13, Acts 4:30-31)...I do have a sincere question...since we are experts at criticizing and labeling every single spiritual manifestation as fake, and calling everything that is supernatural demonic...where is the authentic? Where is the authentic Holy Spirit touching people so powerfully that they respond like the people in the Bible did(John 18:6)...I think it’s a good idea that when we label things we don’t understand, we make sure we are careful to study the scriptures extensively(John 5:39-40) to be sure that our criticism isn’t blasphemous(John 8:48, Matt 12:24-32). Let’s all agree to spend more time in the scriptures. It could really be beneficial!
