Music producer and mechanical engineer (not a specialist on sound isolation tho, see your doctor and don’t quote me on that) tip: Use bass traps on the corners of the room and the best type of foam to use for sound insolation is that type that has a “egg cardboard box” texture (something about the surface area to volume ratio) and the panels should be at a certain distance from the sound source to better absorb the waves and/or muffle sound coming into your room, also, keep in mind that sound isn’t two dimensional, it travels trough physical space in a sphere so you are getting reflections and reverberation from the wall behind you into your mic. The way that you’ve got the sound proofing setup is nice, but if you could hire a architect or sound engineer for the office transition it would change absolutely everything.
