I'm glad I ordered this a while back, I've been calling it my 'favorite decoration' for a few weeks. I needed him to pair with my new Hot Toys Boba Fett, The Cloud City floor flips over for the carbon freezing floor.
Dude I was hesitant as you were to buy this figure and waited and waited for sideshow to give us a discount on it but after months of waiting I don’t think that’ll happen any time soon and watched this video not once but several times and still was hesitating on buying it cause of the price point on it and after reading one of the comments below, there’s another TH-camr ( the Jedi knights watch) who posted a comment saying he made a review on it and I went ahead to check out his review on it and found the one where he made a video where he put AAA Battery Replacement Power Supply in order to light up the base and the controls on the Han in carbonite and that sure as hell sealed the deal.. can’t wait!

I display mine straight up so you can see Han’s face with Boba in front with one foot on the base. If I were to display him horizontal I’d have Han flanked by two stormtroopers with
Boba walking behind like the scene where they’re walking to Slave One to “put Captain Solo in the cargo hold”
Definitely one for all OT fans. Needs to be displayed in the upright position.
Damn, now I'm really wanting one of these as well! It never seemed quite worth the money before, but the light feature and base really do add a lot.
I follow your advice years ago and put myself on the wait list for this item and finally in 2024 on March my waitlist converted and it's on the way patience in this game glad it paid off

Hi thanks for the review, I just got mine as of May 12th, 2022 and Carbonite Han is awesome! This will go great with my Jabba the Hutt diorama (still a work in progress) 🙃

My brother kept saying "turn the floor plate over" to the end of the video 😂. It has the white hallway floor on the one side and the freezing chamber grooved grey floor on the other.

I have this and love it as a display w/ Boba Fett ESB! A bit pricey but with coupon & rewards it's worth getting. The different display options are nice as well. Thanks for the video
I’d like to have one of these. They’re pretty cool and are an obvious inclusion with a Boba and/or Jabba display. I just can’t get over the price.

I have the original Sideshow Han Solo in Carbonite. It comes with a wall section of Jabba’s wall to mount him on. The only negative is there are no light up functions.

In perfect hibernation. Looking forward to making this purchase which will look good with Jabba The Hutt, and Lando Calrissian in disguise. Hot Toys/Sideshow Collectibles needs more of Jabba The Hutt's crew in my opinion. Great video commentary.
very cool piece. The one time I went to SDCC I saw the Lifesize version of this standing up. an amazing piece. this looks so much nicer than the Hasbro version from back in the '90's
Great piece! Love seeing it with Boba. It would be awesome to recreate the scene where Boba loads Han into Slave 1.
The BASE PLATE is DOUBLE SIDED if you would have flipped it over from the white side.... FYI
Just picked this up along with Boba Fett. Will this fit on a detolf shelf?
I have this and I really like it. I see it as an accessory for ESB Boba Fett and it goes with him like peanut butter and jelly. The only issue I've had is the metal handles on the one panel... one kept falling out, even after gluing until it just got lost. Kind of a bummer.
The weight of it is a really nice surprise. The details are also on point. Glad I got one.
We were able to review this last week and were pleasantly surprised with how awesome it was as well! Still a bit overpriced though IMO. Nice video as always!

You can flip the whit cover piece and slide it back. Finally got mine and came back again to put minor together with your vid

I just got it off eBay for a great price and it's perfect for my Hot Toys esb carbonite chamber scene recreation
I plan on making the stage from 3D print and I plan on staging Solo when he's initially thrown back flat on the floor

I enjoy it, worth is dependent on the collector. Be careful with the paper clips on the light up slot. Both of mine broke off.
