It’s sad that very few people in Trisha’s life have treated her kindly. It’s sad that she’s so shocked that someone who is supposed to love her, does something so thoughtful. Don’t take away the love and thoughtfulness by saying things like ‘it’s tax deductible’ ‘you have David to thank’ etc. Things like this should happen on the regular Jason (maybe not 10000 $ worth) but little surprises to show you care. She shows you in lots of ways that she cares, you should reciprocate more often.

Making Trisha happy, donating to charity, and receiving a tax benefit are all very valid justifications for spending $10K on a trip that Jason probably wouldn't usually drop that amount of money on. From what I can tell, he is very frugal with his money because he wants to provide a great future for his children. Trisha has the means to live lavishly and doesn't expect monetary reciprocation for what she enjoys spending on others. She offered to pay for this trip, but Jason declined and surprised her with it instead. I don't understand why people are trying to tear down this moment for them.

The fact that Jason kept on saying the price of the tickets and how much he really didn’t want to go says a lot about him like she’s his girlfriend if he really loved her he wouldn’t care how much he spent on her and I know 10k is a lot of money but he made Trisha very happy and that’s what she deserves and the fact she said “I’ll pay you back” broke my heart honestly he should just be happy for her and enjoy the moment with her like after all the shit she’s been through this is the least she deserves she deserves so much more and Jason should be happy about spending a little bit on her not be doom and gloom about all the money he spent

Just because he can easily make the money back doesn’t mean he hasn’t treated her in the first place. Trisha has spent a lot of money on him lately but she’s making it all back with her live shows / music. But no one seems to point that out when it comes to her. Jason gets dragged so much, but all I see is a man who is just trying to adjust to her crazy lifestyle. He does spend money on her, constantly. He just doesn’t make a song and dance about it like she does. Trish should try being a bit more humble, it’s so unattractive when she constantly reminds Jason of everything she has done for him.
