Que rico, me recuerda a un platillo de mi país Colombia, por la costa colombiana se prepara un platillo llamado "salchipapa" eso es papas fritas con salchicha picada, salsas como tártara y ketchup, luego se cubre con lechuga y por último una capa de queso duro rallado (por lo general también se le agrega carne en tiras o trocitos de pollo).
