    Thanks for showing us around. Good to know that the National Park is closed on Mondays. I'll have to keep that in mind when we go there

    Pronounced Kepos.....Not KWEPOS..........in spanish "qu" is pronounced K............Like esQUina....(corner)..is pronounced esKina. You only pronounce the U with the letter G with certain vowels as in GUapo (Gwapo). Just a clarification. I lived in Costa Rica for 2 years. Miss it. Very nice video. Thank you for posting.

    Thanks for reminding of this Paradise, quepos holds a special place in my heart. I am into travle vlogging and want to start up a channel. My solo trip to Costa Rica inspired me to film my adventures. I stayed in quepos for a few days. It’s amazing. Your video brings me back man, awsome!!! I didn’t film anything in Costa Rica and that’s my biggest regret

    I loved my Quepos vacation. They had the best food I have ever eaten anywhere. We went out to eat one nigh and, while seating us, the hostess tugged my shirt collar and said, "Dont get the shrimp, they are not fresh. They were caught yesterday." Imagine! You could watch all of the restaurant owners and chefs on the beach buying fresh seafood that was on your plate that night. Also Cafe Milagro had some of the best coffee too. I couldn't understand why in hottest and most humid place I had ever been to people drank so much coffee. Then I had a cup...I miss you Quepos, you hold a very special place in my heart.

      @2BlondeCampers,
      It was a place called La Plantacion/Big Ruby's. It was a gay resort. Since I was there it has been sold and renamed The Falls Resort. It is not being marketed as gay now. It was BEAUTIFUL! I stayed at the top of a little hill in a private bungalow for approx $100/night. It was so lush. The air was perfumed and you could see orchids growing on the palm trees. Flocks of parrots flew overhead and monkeys peeked at you from the palm trees. It gets dark around 6:00 pm, I guess because you are so close to the equator. The grounds were lit beautifully. The best word that comes to mind is enchanting! There was a restaurant called El Avion that was a jet hooked onto the side of a mountain. So cool! The views of the ocean were great! It was a great place for lunch. Another restaurant was called Bamboo Jam. It had the best tuna steaks I've ever had. That was a good place for dinner. There was also a coffee shop called Cafe Milagro down the road that had great coffee and smoothies and also was a good place to eat. I felt your money went far there and the quality of the seafood was unreal. You could walk to the beach, though it was extremely hilly and steep. I took a bus there for nothing. The town was fun too! Lots of shops and bars. Very quaint and unspoiled. It is a sleepy fishing village that I enjoyed a lot. There was night life, shopping, beach, and good restaurants. What more can you ask for a vacation destination? I am sure you will have a great time in Quepos! There is a piece of me still there, I will never forget it!!

    I noticed that sky is grey in Central America (Costa Rica, Panama, etc.) usually, is this a reality? Thank you.

      its sunny often too. ive been here multiple times and it is gorgeous. costa rica is smal, but you can find just about all types of climates. guanacaste is on the pacific side as well, but farther north. it is much dryer, an the caribbean side is awesome as well. ive been here during the rainy season several time as well and oftentime its mostly gorgeous sunny mornings with afternoon thunderstorms. in my experience all of central america sort of follows this pattern.
