We were blown away by our discovery of Boneyard Beach in Jacksonville, Florida. The tree trunks, which litter the ground, resembled bones (surely were it got its name of "Boneyard Beach"). Totally exotic. This park is well worth the detour. This Florida beach is worth a visit.
We took the ferry to Mayport in order to avoid the freeways and see the local scenery. We ended our activity with lunch at the Safe Harbor Seafood Market restaurant. The shrimp were delicious!

🔷 THAI SHRIMP RECIPE 🍽
Simmer gently:
1 can of 398ml (14oz) of organic coconut milk
4 tbsp. (20 ml) teaspoon green curry paste
Tarragon to taste
Meanwhile, prepare:
1 red pepper, cut into strips
1 zucchini, sliced ​​in half a moon
10 sliced ​​mushrooms
1/2 onion, sliced ​​into strips
2 cloves of garlic, finely chopped (or more to taste)
2 lb (1 kg) fresh shrimp, deveined and peeled
Preparation:
1. Brown the shrimp with the garlic in oil over low heat, until they turn pink. Put aside.
2. Sauté the vegetables in a little oil until tender. Add the shrimp and coconut milk. Simmer for a few moments.
Serve over rice noodles.
Enjoy your meal ! 😋
