I'm sure there are plenty of Japanese restaurants in New York. If they don't carry these particular dishes, you can ask them whether they can cook you a customized meal resembling what you see in this video.

Delicious! You inspired me to get up and make some eggs with a side dish of kimchi and pickles and sweet potatoes. A glass of freshly made tomato juice to wash it down. I must admit if I had a large cutlet like that I would get very sleepy.

パーキングエリアのご飯もどんどん進化してるんですね！トラック運転手の方もガッツリ肉厚の豚カツ食べて仕事にさらに励めそうですね。営業しながらの仕込みにも頭が下がります。美味しい食堂飯いただけるのも裏方での並々ならぬ仕込みがあってなんだなと感じました。
