I don't think it needs a BIG nerf, there are many other pulses that are straight up better(BXR and Piece of Mind), because missing a shot with a high impact is very punishing. Its strong in the current meta because in air combat is basically gone now. Its probably more popular than the other better pulses because its cool, unique and satisfying to use.

my problem with it is that its too easy to use. the stability and aim assist are way too forgiving for how far and quickly it kills. but yeah i dont want it to get crippled, just is a little strong.

Nah. Even for how easy the gun is to get and how accessible it is, you see so many other guns that arent even necessarily as good, noticeably more often. Yeah, it's good. But it's not that big of a deal. It's not game breaking in the least.
