This is the greatest song/album I have ever heard. Nothing to date can even touch their abilities to rock out. If only they would make new music. . I can not stop listening to this...for life #1
I'm going to try to listen to this whole album after hearing that outro I'm taking this hot chicks advice and I'm going to try to listen to the whole album
it is so surprising and sad to realize that Threat Signal did not receive the fame and love they so rightfully deserve.. they are easily better than many famous bands out there
They just dont make em like this anymore... Seriously a top 5 metal album of all time for me. Everything about Under Reprisal is perfect. Miss this damn lineup so much.
i had this album when i was in college playing drums and every morning it would take an hour to get to college and id listen to this album everytime. one of the best metal albums ive ever owned could let it play through from start to finish

I'm not that dude, but I used to do the same thing. Enlisted in the military at the moment. Don't let everyone tell you education is the most important thing, because happiness is the most important thing.
this band is my entire life. it didn't save me from suicide, or from Severe depression, or change my life so drastically that everything i knew had changed, but it has stuck with me for years and i never ever grow tired of any of their songs. of the three albums i can hardly choose a favourite. keep metaling on guys, keep the world real and full of the best metal man can provide.,
Played with these guys at my local bar back in 2008. We had to follow them. It did not go well lol they rocked the house and left us with a quarter of the audience left but God damn they were amazing. Definitely one of those bands that was ahead of its time. Today these guys would slay.
Spring 2006 my local band got these guys to come from Canada to WV and play at our local bar. Its was NUTS!! This brings back so many memories its insane.
Saw them with Soilwork, Mnemic, and Darkest Hour at the Sonar in Baltimore in 2006 or 07. It was amazing. Been a fan ever since. Ran into Travis Montgomery on several occasions when I lived in SLC. Awesome guy.
THEWyattMeade I feel like Mea Culpa by The Human Abstract, Bloodlust and the Human Condition by Unearth and , my personal favorite (to change it up slightly), Of Dust and Nations by Thrice deserve some recognition in this category as well.
This song is realy awesome, even after you hear it multiple times. Metal must always be emotional, otherwise the genre suffers in my opinion. I can only say: Thank you Metallica! Without your music, we probably would never have metal like this here, today. EPIC! 3:38
what an amazin track!! even though i'm ghastly taken aback that one of their best all-timer heaviest n thrashiest track "Lifeless" that hooked me on to Threat Signal isn't even up there on the marks of being comparable.. what a shame on commercialization processes sometimes!!
I disagree. 'Vigilance' was the strongest album. 'Under reprisal' was subpar to 'Vigilance' , but still quite good ofcourse. Not so much experience with their later work though. Keep in mind this is al subjective and open for argumentation thats just what i think of it.
Under Repisal is one of my fave albums of all time. So melodic, groovy, and so just soooo gooooood. Kyle Mcknights guitar work on the album is amazing!
14 years and still untouchable, but I also give the same spot to The Day That Never Comes by Metallica, also World So Cold by Mudvayne, also White Knuckles by 5FDP
+followfornothing Hmm, only in the sense that they all have guitars and are from the same broad genre. If you listen to Metal a lot, you'll hear differences. Same as with any genre.
When I listen to the whole Under Reprisal album, it sounds more like heavily influenced by Fear Factory (just less industrial), Mnemic, Meshuggah and melodic death metal & metalcore.
To this day, still one of the best outros I've ever heard.
should listen to "Sybreed - Dynamic"
nice suggestion but the outro wasnt impressive
The two guitars gradually intertwining their hypnotic melodies is fucking incredible.
Check out their 'To Remember'
Opeth- Deliverance is my favorite outro.
Watching in 2023,so many memories to this. Truly timeless
high school :')
Long live Threat Signal 2024.
One of THE BEST metal albums ever yet nobody knows these guys. smh
FUCKING love this song but I reckon their second album was better personally 🤙🤙🤙
Its good but far from the best

God this guitar intro never ever gets old 👏🏼🙌🏼🔥
This band will always be goated for that outrageously awesome tapping delay outro thing lol
WHY AM I JUST FINDING OUT ABOUT THESE GUYS!!! HAVE I BEEN LIVING UNDER A ROCK!?!?!? THESE GUYS ARE AMAZING!!!
+Aeryck Jaster Same here dude! wtf! haha
Same here, are they active or split up
Agree!
active they been making kick ass metal for quite some time now u gotta catch up with the metal of today!!
they are really good. they have swapped guitar players a few times i think. its been like 6 years since the last album. the new one dropped in 2017.
The year is 2023 and this band is still sick!
2024!

Them, Darkest Hour, Think of a New Kind. Plenty more. Music is of a refined taste. Most don't get it.
