Test the torque by running something with it. Or simply lift weight with it with a rope. I want to see the torque of it. But nice work. I loved it. Thanks for sharing.

direct drive washing machine motor usually run ~310v dc and are high torque low speed

Great work, but I wouldn't call it direct drive any more.
