Khanda is not a good item for Luna at all. Gleipnir is way better item for Luna than Khanda because of it's ability to release a chain lightning that can bounce between enemies and damage them, and because of it's active ability to root multiple enemies in an area which makes it easier to keep them in Luna's attack range, as well as the cast range of Aghanim's Scepter upgraded Eclipse, and whose ability to root multiple enemies in an area can detect invisible enemies if they are struck by Gleipnir's active ability. Gleipnir can make Luna strong even against most heroes she would usually have difficulties to fight against. Compared to Gleipnir, Khanda is nothing but useless burden.

khanda is way better than gleipnir ofc, she lacks damage considering that she's just a mid-carry not hard. It slows + crit + bonus dmg when single skill, and she alr has 2nd passive which is maelstorm is unnecessary
