Last year old shot in ankle and I have a double ankle fracture and a shutter I pretty much avoided surgery yeah I didn't need physical therapy I just had to do strength and conditioning so this song makes me think of myself as great as the greatest of all time give me motivation together go to my ankle my strength training motion and speed training I was in a dark place a year ago and I was in the gym training for MMA debut and this happened I'm trying to ankle and was possibly a career threatening injury I couldn't move the same or walk the same the thing I had it might have a limp for the rest of my life and give leg 4 months later been able to walk again listen to 8 months I was able to straighten up the pain now it's Ben 10 months and a pain has significantly dropped and I'm back to training now but I still have to do more driving conditioning to lower all the pain now seeing a physical therapist massage and acupuncture therapist my comeback I'll be healed in another 6 months can you spend another 3 months training and will ask for my MMA debut under the doctors okay and then my ankles ready to go call guys listen to any song you want but this is my motivation song I still got a long road to go but I keep fighting
