Hi Kabir, I remember that one from England, the Venable kid and his friend. What do you do when you have 2 young kids, not school age themselves, snatch a toddler and brutally murder him? I'm absolutely sure they knew what they were doing was beyond wrong! Yet what can you do with them? There's no Super Max prison for young children. Are they rehabilitated? I'm sure they will never forget what they did, but did they realize the consequences of their actions? I can see why they were given new identities, but is that fair to anyone who may have had dealings with them later on? It's a tough one.

Lol do you think this doesn't happen still? I feel its arguably worse now with Tinder and hook up culture. Now its even easier for a deranged predator to hide their intentions since they can sit behind a screen and seem very normal until you come face to face with them.
The amount of missing children/unsolved murder cases of younger people nowadays can easily be attributed to meeting some groomer on social media, trusting them enough to meet them, and then boom you're vanished.
Even worse now with all the human trafficking going on. There's been cases where social media accounts get busted, they pretend to be an up and coming modeling agency, attract naive people and promise them the world and then I'm sure you all can see where this leads.
Hard to quantify of course, especially since violent crime rates were higher back then. But for all the advancements society has gained in reporting these sickos i feel like they have even more ways now to prey.

Your best friend just callously murdered his PARENTS and is throwing a party in the house with thier bodies. I would have been terrified that if he thought I was going to call the cops he would try and hurt me or someone else or manage to run. I think the friend did the right thing by placating the guy until the right time to leave and then calling the cops. It ultimately led to a peaceful apprehension of the murder and no one else got hurt.

A confluence of factors comes together to create a killer. Head trauma is incredibly common in serial killers, something like 40%; physical, psychological, and sexual abuse is common, abandonment, neglect, humiliation, extreme religious upbringing, sexual repression and shaming, mental illness... a huge percentage of serial killers from the serial killer epidemic of the 70s through the 90s were exposed to magazines such as True Detective and Men's Adventure, which featured bound frightened looking scantily clad women looking pleadingly into the eyes of the reader, at a time when it gets bound up with their sexual fantasies. Jerry Brudos didn't kill for killing's sake. He was humiliated and shamed by his mother for being attracted to women's shoes. At a time when a man took his life and freedom into his hands if caught wearing women's shoes, he resorted to killing women for their shoes. He would even cut off and freeze their feet so he's have something to model his collection. There are many other factors, but it's a confluence of factors, and OF COURSE that doesn't mean that EVERY kid who took a blow to the head or saw his mother have sex will become a serial killer. It's just not that simple, and people looking for simple answers like "pure evil" are applying kindergarten analysis to a Ph.D level problem.

On 22 July 2011, a mass shooting took place at the AUF's summer youth camp, where 650 young people were staying. Anders Behring Breivik arrived alone on Utøya dressed as a police officer and told those on the island that he was there for security reasons following the explosions in Oslo which he caused a few hours before. He then began shooting at individuals, continuing until the police arrived one hour after the first alarm call. The suspect immediately surrendered.[6] Combined, the attacks in Oslo and Utøya left 77 dead, with 69 killed on the island, 33 of whom were under the age of 18.[7][8][9]

I read about John Robinson years ago, and he was quite the prolific serial killer. He would lure disadvantaged women and promise them jobs, places to stay, and shortly thereafter, they'd go missing. He was also into bandage and would meet women that way, too. When they finally raided his property, I think they found these 55-gallon drums with decomposed bodies. Look him up. He was quite an interesting character.
My husband works in law enforcement so I'm used to hearing about serial killers. In fact, we have a book on Charles Ng and Leonard Lake. These two were a tortuous duo that claimed the lives of an entire family amongst others. I saw one of their recordings years ago and it was horrible. They were also survivalist fanatics who built a bunker. They finally got caught and Charles Ng is in some federal prison forever and Leonard Lake took the cowards way out with cyanide.

Kabir, we would ALL want to kill and maim if not for the grace of God. It's only because God's presence exists in this world that we're not all like that. It's not an illness, it's something called sin. And that is what sin looks like when God turns away from someone. That you don't have the desire to murder like that is ONLY because God restrains you. Be thankful. It means you probably still have the ability to repent and turn to the God who still demonstrates his mercy upon you.

I am a Christian and I was raised to know right from wrong, and to have common sense and strong morals…
One of my parents was agnostic, and the other was an atheist… They were both very good people, and they showed me and my siblings how to be upstanding, law abiding citizens.
      Thank you, Dad and Mom…❤️
      I miss you…💔

As an atheist, I want you to stay Christian if you feel that way. Because honestly if God is the only reason you don't kill, you're kind of messed up.

@@jhavranek7 You completely misunderstood what I was saying. But given your mind is blinded by the god of this world, it makes sense that you would. I pray you'll seek the Lord before it's too late for you.

@jenniferwarhawk7301 All you are doing is virtue signaling and screaming all over the internet "I'm Christian, therefore I'm a good person". And that's not what makes you a good person. This is the reason I find Christians exhausting.

Documentaries are informative, biopics can be too. However, there are some subjects that should be left to documentaries and biopics should leave alone, given that biopics are more for entertainment value and anything informative on a heavy, horrifying topic will be lost.

Sometimes I forget *Jeremy Renner* (of all people) also portrayed Dahmer once! 😵‍💫
I've read somewhere that *Chapman* had *David Bowie* next after *Lennon* on his "list"... 🫥 17:36
    "What could be done?"
    Ban guns. 🤪
I'd rather share a birthday with *Ed Gein* than *Rodney Alcala* anytime. 😜

Firstly...the c.i.a took out John lennon..even ppl that dnt believe most conspiracies believe that n taking away g*ns would help reduce the number of v!ct*ms but that type of stuff will still happen just with other w3@pons..the real solution is kindness almost everyone who becomes like that was b*lli3d or ab*s3d in some kind of way..just be kind to ppl..even if u don't like them or understand them or think they're odd..just be kind..its really very simple
