It measures small (1/10th of a degree) differences on either side of the spine. I can indicate an uneven muscle activation due to various reasons but typical muscle "guarding" bones from moving a certain way. Real thing.
I wonder why bs pseudoscience makes some of the best asmr. I remember times in my life where someone was explaining something to me i knew was nonsense but because they did it in a soothing matter i listened to their whole shpeel before rejecting their intentions
