The labeling indicating "IR" along the top of the video capture and the camera's center "targeting" cross good points of reference as the object moves around withing the capture. I think the switch from black to white is due to the fact that this video was shot from a military FLIR unit. Most such units have 2 modes; black hot and white hot, which are exactly what they sound like. This is done primarily to help make the target image stand out from the background, and is switchable by the pilot of the jet or navy ship operating the FLIR sensor. So I think the shade changes were done by the FLIR operator, but the image is still weird.

It appears that I was incorrect; the background should change when flipping between white hot & black hot. It does not do so, therefore I am incorrect. Thanks to everyone who pointed this out.
Everything in frame would change polarity, not just the UFO...
The operator did not change mode, the background stayed consistent.. What you saw was temperature changes of the object..
Finally others that answer this. I feel like a broken record. The mode was not switched.

I was a USAF 1N1/Geospatial Analysis for eight years, all I looked at was RQ/MQ drone feed. This looks legit, as in not faked or a sensor anomaly. As to what it is, I've never seen something like that over the FMV, no idea.

I think this should no longer cause so much surprise to us. This is a pretty good camouflage system, in the sense that it can simulate the (average) background temperature over which it is maneuvering, but in the darker areas, does not react with the same rate. The fact that the object can change temperature and emissivity is very interesting. It is evident that there is an intelligence behind it, whether real or artificial, and it also gives us clues that those who control the device know that they are being observed.
It is time for people to leave prejudices aside and become aware of the reality we are witnessing.

I think there's actually 2 other videos of this thing. If I'm not mistaken, taken in South America? One is seen floating near a gas station, the other one floating down a residential street. And I think I saw these videos on Paranormal Caught on Camera.

Observational FLIR in auto, shifts the black to white shading to the max and min temps on the sensor, this gives the most detail in the image (more goes on - but this is the simple way to look at it). The black/white shifting is simply the imaging algorithms adjusting hardware and processing to give the best detail. The things we hook up to our phones, are Consumer FLIR devices and tend to be temperature measuring devices and don't work this way. FLIR for observation does this as default.

If you stop the video at 4.34, it looks like to be a sphere in the middle, then a smaller one on top. The one on top is reflective, like glass or a metal finish. I can imagine a lot of people study that right mow and I hope they come up with explanations

The camera is housed within a protective dome, which moves independent of the camera. The mark/smudge/poop is most definitely on this dome. Occam's razor comes to mind.

It's literally 2-3 giant-headed "greys" with multiple smaller ones hanging out on top of their heads and by their feet. Definitely not a smudge. Ive been a photographer for a long time and you just don't see smudges with a long focal lengths. And actually you can shoot right in front of a chainlink fence and the fench will disapear out of focus

It isn’t a static smudge, because it changes shape (parallax?) from the start of the video towards the end … two spaces between the legs, a low one on the left and a higher one on the right, which is no longer visible after a certain amount of time. 🤓🤷🏻♂️

Yeah they covered it's not a smudge in the video too. It moved in the frame therefore different places on the lens on any mirrors and different pixels on the sensor.
It's definitely not an artifact like that and if there's reflection then it's definitely physically there too

It's a smudge, or splatter of a bug on the protective dome of the camera lens. Not on the actual lens, but on the curved domed glass on the outside of the housing. It changes angle slightly due to the distance between the camera lens and the dome changing slightly, but other than that, doesn't change shape at all.

I think the thing was observable because of a problem with its shielding. It also explains why the FLIR camera would switch between positive and negative imaging. Just a thought.

These flr cameras have a camera dome inside of an outer glass dome,the inner one can move/rotate/pivot and that is why the crosshair moves but the smudge on the outer casing glass stays the same,it changes colour as it reflects back onto the camera inside as it pivots,the (smudge) in question could be bodily matter which changes temperature or changes colour due to refraction as the camera moves

The glass screen infront of those cameras move with the camera as a whole unit. The reticle wouldnt be moving independently of the figure if it was on the glass.

What was filming it is what I want to know.
Something that is very suspicious to me is how long this thing is on camera and how much it moves yet you never see it rotate AT ALL like a 3-D object SHOULD when moving as much as this does. It's like it's a flat cardboard cut out. Maybe it was something being carried by something above it.. like something flat on a string high above. This could explain why it submerged and appeared to move so fast too.

it keeps perfect orientation with the camera at all times, its a scratch, its going black and white because the scratch is refracting light as the camera moves.
The object does NOT change. It’s a shift in the camera sensor. Which the surrounding area, that “changes” too.

I just recorded the video on my phone and I screen shot portions of the video. I decided to run the photo that I screen shot into this app that uses AI to get more detailed and crisp photos. I then used a filter and removed the shadows and I swear what was revealed made my jaw drop. It looks like an Alien being on the lower left sitting down in a chair. It has a large head, big eyes and slender body. Based on its position it looks like it is operating this for lack of a better word, vehicle? I am totally shocked and wish I could share this.

Sometimes objects in thermal scope can reflect false cold or hot surfaces, even if the object has a contrast thermal signature. I have a flir handheld monocular and an ATN scope. At certain angles, the scope can be falsely display the incorrect hot/cold signature. Simply moving to a different angle changes the optical reflection and will correct it. The scope will also auto calibrate to make the correction on its own based on dynamic feedback. This would explain why the transparent UAP appears to fluctuate between hot and cold. It is neither, it’s simple bending light going thru the object sending the thermal optic temp readings from objects surrounding it.

I'm not for conspiracy theories at all, but in many pseudo documentaries I've seen, and interviews, there has been many warnings to the inconspicuous preparation to an ET revelation with the use of "There is no danger from aliens" messaging.
I didn't really expect this expression and it caught me off guard, especially since in those interviews, this expression was used as a warning to welcoming a not so friendly alien encounter worldwide. I admit I laughed it off before, but now I'm not so sure.
Indeed, the UFOs/UAPs that not only have been reported and recorded since before digital portable devices and home software to create and alter footage digitally, and always they have been described as to violate the forces of human known physics. Myself and others whom have been witnesses to these events can attest to that, so the questions have always remained... Wtf are they? Cause at this point the multitude of Hypothesis cannot be eliminated, but till proven, these things are not Human made.
We cannot ignore that they could be non terrestrial, perhaps truly interdimensional, with this last point even spiritually paranormal. And the issue is, we are the ones whom could be at stake, cause this is really not new or novel, this has hundreds of years of documented history. Now what's novel is the regularity of these events that cannot be denied, so the other questions among more are, why? Why now? Why so many? Why these things are making themselves bee seen more clearly to the point of people reacting less and less impressed? Cause quite frankly, there's always a catch and if history has definitely shown, the least advanced people, never get the best part of the stick. Food for thought.

@@meersonne83 I would argue against that with the evidence that in the 80s and 90s there were so many sightings of UFOs and UAPs even recorded and once the digital age and the internet became more available to the public, there was a strong long pause of sightings. This was attributed as you mentioned, that our revolutionary advancement in Wifi, and digital devices were somehow either interfering with their own tech, and or making them easy to detect. So I don't think our tech has become stronger on detecting them, I actually believe this may be a deliberate action of being seen more.

I still get stuck on the fact that you never see a different angle or perspective of the object. As if passes or moves, periodically it would pivot or turn in such a way that other sides or angles should be viewable. This object would have to be moving in a circle on the same arc and circle as the observer to keep the same perspective. Think of our view of the moon. Same thing.
