    Exactly the same concept as feints and off-rhythm punches in boxing. Great stuff

      I have always believed that squash was the other "sweet science ", very similar to boxing except that you never touch your opponent.

    I believe this technique is similar to body masking and will require a specific type of core strength to execute. Consequently you will have to train effectively in and off the court to gain this strength. Cheers mate!

    Great vid coach! Question, as an opponent, how do deal with or counter this type of shot?

      Thank you. Giving your opponent less time and space on the ball is the key to preventing the execution of such skill. If you're unable to do that, you have to hold your movement effectively on the 'T'! Hope this helps,
