from towers in rings/zones just being added without any puzzle or clue, to having to solve some pretty hard puzzles (imo) to find out which towers will be added in future zones
I have a “suggestion” for the second part of this series : make the puzzle piece (when resolved) the color of the difficulty of the tower revealed (basically the puzzle for ToCT makes the puzzle piece yellow)
