I guess what this scene symbolizes (dahil wala sya sa book talaga) is that the new generation (which Klay represents) can change the story if gugustuhin nila. Kabataan baguhin mo naman ang "bersyon" ng lipunan natin ngayon!
"Is Klay manipulating the history?" Hopefully not. The story of Noli is effective _because_ it's tragic. Personally, I would love the ending to be Klay getting back to the real world, then realizing - that despite everything she did to change the story - the storyline didn't budge at all. She failed. Maria still dies. And the sorrow she would feel will be what propels her to be a better Filipino, to do more for her country, to complete the mission that Ibarra had. And of course, to share her newfound love for history. Di ko naman sinasadyang isulat ang personal version ko ng ending, pero nadala eh. This show really moves me.

I am a fan of EOY, at malaki ang pagkakaiba nilang dalawa. Mas mulat ang mga tao rito sa MCI, kumpara sa EOY na bilang lang ang naging mulat na sila ay nasa komiks lang.
She's not manipulating the story. It's just that the writers are trying to delay the inevitable to make the show longer. However, it's very exciting to see that they came up with something different that none of us can predict of what will happen next. I just hope that everything will be smooth and worth it.

Hindi naman siguro namanipulate ni Klay. Although there are scenes na wala sa libro pero the whole series is still nice kasi it's still show how the friars were very abusive during the spanish colonial, since ayan naman talaga ang isa sa main purpose kung bakit sinulat ni Jose Rizal ang Noli Me, to show how the Spanish people maltreated the Filipinos before. The book was really an eye opener. Thus, the whole series becomes more exciting. Can't wait ^^ kudos to the whole production team.
Remember that Mr. Torres said to Klay na "Akala ko mababago ang pasikot-sikot (yung flow) ng kwento pero kakahantungan nito ang nakatakdang wakas. Meaning in short, if you change the ending of the novel/story, the whole flow/story will be changed as well. Because no matter the changes are done, the conclusion will be still be intact to the original novel.

the story is now connected to El Filibusterismo and it has a few connection and inspired by Jose Rizal's life tragic story. This story may lead to Revolution. and I believe may mamatay jan dahil binago nga ni Klay (and funny na may sad part hindi nya alam ang story and plot twist nagawa niya, so "MAYBE HA" may mamatay) and I am not sure if sa mga main characters or hindi main characters.
